It's bad enough that the insurance industry does this to people. Please do
not do this to yourself.
Please stay off of social media or if you do get on social media bear in
mind that anything you post can and will be used against you. Also you
should be aware and very wary of any new friends that suddenly pop up.
Many times, there could be an investigator for the insurance industry who
will pose as your friend on social media to gather information that they
