Most insurance contracts are written in a way to make them difficult to
understand. They use language that most people don't use in their
everyday life and that is on purpose. This makes it very easy for the
insurance adjusters to be able to trick and confuse you.
They will make what seems to be a very reasonable offer when in reality
they have offered absolutely nothing at all. But do you understand this.
When you sign that release and accept that check the case is over. You
will not be able to go back to that insurance adjuster and get money to pay
for medical bills for injuries that manifest themselves after the settlement.
They will not pay for any diagnostic tests, they will not pay for any
surgeries, they will not pay for any pain and suffering or lost income.
When you try and call that insurance adjuster who you thought was your
buddy and best friend, he probably won't even answer the phone.
