conversation because that may become very important to prove that the
conversation took place. It's the same thing with the confirmation e-mail
send the e-mail to the adjuster with the same type of language. Please
allow this to confirm that on today's date at such and such time you said
the following to me. Be sure to copy yourself on the e-mail because again
what was said and when it was said could become very important evidence
in your case. Never ever ever agree to anything over the phone with the
insurance adjuster. The reason we say that is because they will promise
you everything and deliver to you nothing.
If the insurance adjuster wants you to come to some sort of agreement
simply send a confirmation text or e-mail relating what the terms of the
agreement are as proposed but say that you will not make a final decision
until you see the proposed agreement in writing. If you have a method of
notating all of this on a calendar that would be super helpful for our office
